QuoteLoop
QuoteLoop is a customer review and testimonial section that helps you showcase authentic customer feedback on your storefront. Customize the header, review statistics, verified review information, and testimonial content to create a professional and engaging review section for your customers.
Header
The Header section allows you to customize the heading area displayed above the review slider.
- Show header: Turn this on to display the ReviewReel header section. Turn it off to hide the entire header.
- Header style — choose how the header content is aligned
- Center: Aligns the header content to the center.
- Left: Aligns the header content to the left.
- Eyebrow label: Customize the small label displayed above the main heading, such as "CUSTOMER REVIEWS."
- Heading: Customize the main heading displayed in the ReviewReel section, such as "Reviews from people."
- Subheading: Customize the supporting text displayed below the main heading.
- Review stats: Choose which review information is displayed in the header, such as the review count, average rating, and verified reviews information. Displays customer reviews in a visual slider, allowing customers to browse reviews with images and videos directly on the storefront.
Display Elements
- Show star rating: Turn this on to display the star rating for each customer quote. Turn it off to hide the star rating.
- Show reviewer name: Turn this on to display the name of the customer who submitted the quote. Turn it off to hide the reviewer name.
- Show quote mark icon: Turn this on to display the quote mark icon on each testimonial. Turn it off to hide the quote mark icon.
- Show verified badge: Turn this on to display a verified badge next to verified reviewers. Turn it off to hide the verified badge.
- Show auth image: Turn this on to display the reviewer's profile image. Turn it off to hide the profile image.
- Show product Name: Turn this on to display the product associated with the customer quote. Turn it off to hide the product name.
Loop Behavior
- Show arrow controls: Turn this on to display navigation arrows for manually moving between quotes. Turn it off to hide the arrow controls.
- Auto-rotate: Turn this on to automatically rotate through customer quotes. Turn it off to keep the current quote displayed until manually changed.
- Autoplay speed: Adjust the speed at which quotes automatically rotate when auto-rotate is enabled.
- Filter min stars: Select the minimum star rating to display in the quote section, or choose "Show all ratings" to display quotes with any rating.
Color
- Card background: Customize the background color of the quote cards.
- Review text: Customize the color of the customer review text.
- Quote mark & badge color: Customize the color of the quote mark icon and verified badge.
- Star color: Customize the color of the star ratings displayed on each quote.
- Active dot color: Customize the color of the active carousel navigation dot.
Note: Color changes are applied consistently across the QuoteLoop widget. For example, changing the Star color will update all star ratings throughout the widget, while changing the Quote mark & badge color will update both the quote mark icons and verified badges wherever they appear.
Typography & layout
- Quote font size: Adjust the font size of the customer quote text to change how large or small it appears.
- Max text length: Set the maximum character length for quotes before truncating them with an ellipsis (...).
Advanced
The Advanced section provides additional customization options for the review widget.
- Custom CSS: Add your own CSS code to customize the appearance and styling of the review widget beyond the available settings. You can use custom CSS to make more specific design adjustments to match your store's theme.
- Reset to defaults: Reset all review customization settings to their default values. A confirmation is required before the settings are reset.
