Begin with the Quick Setup Guide to activate the required Shopify theme settings and verify that Qorix Reviews is ready to collect and display reviews.
- Enable the Qorix Product Reviews app embed in your Shopify theme.
- Add the Quick Review widget block to your product template.
- Configure SMTP email settings for automated review request emails.
- Use the Dashboard to verify setup status, monitor reviews, and access quick actions.
What you can manage
- Dashboard: Track app embed status, total reviews, average rating, requests sent, pending reviews, recent reviews, rating breakdown, feature status, and quick actions.
- Open the Dashboard page.
- Reviews: Manage customer review statuses, moderate submissions, reply to reviews, and control storefront visibility.
- Open the Reviews page.
- Requests: Automate review request emails and follow-up reminders after order fulfillment.
- Open the Requests page.
- Widgets: Configure QuickReview, TrustBar, ReviewReel, VideoStack, QuoteLoop, and ReviewHub to match your storefront experience.
- Open the Widgets page.
- Settings: Manage request scheduling, email settings, publishing and moderation, branding, and admin notifications.
